West African Dance

An intergenerational, Guinean Dance class for all levels and accompanied by live drummers!

Beginner friendly. Class includes warm-up, breaking down movement of the African Diaspora and learning Guinean dances & rhythms. Mami Sayon Camara is a skilled dynamic teacher excited to share her culture with community. Sayon Camara, a native of Guinea, West Africa teaches traditional dances and rhythms that are inherent in the culture of Guinea.
