Please join us at the Crested Butte Library on Tuesday, September 5 from 6-7 pm for a Sleep Better Workshop presented by board-certified (NBHWC) health coach Jalene Szuba.
This informative workshop will explain the importance of sleep and how sleep repairs the body. Learn why sleep is critical not only to short term health but to also prevent chronic diseases like obesity, cardiovascular, dementia, and Alzheimer’s. Participants will be empowered to improve their own sleep and leave with a plan to take actionable steps immediately.
