RMBL Annual Breeding Bird Survey
The annual Breeding Bird Survey is returning on June 24th, 2023!
Join us at the billy barr community center at 6:00 a.m. for a light breakfast.
At 6:20 a.m. we will break up into smaller groups and then walk to our birding areas.
Birding typically goes all morning, though people are welcome to leave at any time (things usually slow down around 11 a.m.).
A free lunch will be provided at noon for those that wish to stay around.
You can decide to come last minute, but you are encouraged to RSVP so we can manage numbers. Please RSVP to events@rmbl.org Let us know your birding experience level (E.g. very experienced, intermediate, beginner).
If you wish to stay for lunch, let us know if you prefer the Meat or Vegetarian option.
No birding experience is necessary. We will pair novice birders with experienced birders.
Please bring water, sunscreen, binoculars, sturdy shoes, and a hat or visor. We will be doing a good bit of walking. We hope to see you there!
