-a 45 minute beginner tricks lesson to get you started
-one glass of wine – to sip on while making your hop or while hooping around
-optional add on is an insulated wine tumbler great for camping, parties, or porch sipping! (we’ll fill it with an additional glass of rosé at the Live Fully Hoop event)
