Cardio Dance Community Class Saturday 10:30 am. All levels. Drop in friendly. All levels and abilities welcome.

Cardio Dance Fusion is a class for all level movers. Dance, creativity and fun! Easy to follow cardio routines plus the power of music to invoke Booty Shakin JOY!

No experience necessary. All are welcome. Be ready to Sweat!

Location: Jones Studio, CB Center for the Arts, 10:30 am-11:30 am.

Please bring water, clean sneakers or bare feet are fine. Jones studio has a beautiful new “sprung” dance floor, Great Air filtration, spacious room and all health guidelines followed.
