Join us for Cardio Dance Fusion class for all level movers, Saturdays, 1015am. Less moves and MORE GROOVES!

Dance, creativity and fun! Easy to follow cardio routines plus the power of music to invoke Booty Shakin JOY! No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Location: Jones Studio, CB Center for the Arts, 10:15am-11:15am.

Please bring water, clean sneakers or bare feet are fine. Jones studio has a beautiful new “sprung” dance floor, Great Air filtration, spacious room and all health guidelines followed.

Dates: 11/20, 11/27, 12/4, 12/11
