Adult Open Ballet

Adult programming includes classes of various styles for students ages 18 and up. At CBSOD, you will hear traditional dance classes referred to as Ground Dance as opposed to Aerial Dance; we offer both for adults.

Adult classes are open to dancers of all ability levels, teachers will scaffold to the individuals in the room. It is common for a never-ever to be in class with more experienced dancers and to have the opportunity to learn with and from them.
